Aged in both American and French oak barrels for 16 months, it is then finished in Port Wine casks for an additional 6 months. The meticulous charcoal filtration process imparts a smooth mouthfeel, balancing flavors of honey, agave, and oak. Aromas include vanilla, caramel, and toasted wood. This unique aging and filtration result in the complexity of an añejo with the silky smoothness of a blanco.
