Chateau De Fontenille rouge Wine

Château de Fontenille Rouge is a red Bordeaux wine from the Entre-Deux-Mers region in France. The estate’s history dates back to the 13th century, with vineyards cultivated by monks from the neighboring Abbey de la Sauve Majeure. The wine is predominantly composed of Merlot, complemented by Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. It exhibits a deep ruby color and offers aromas of black cherry, tobacco, cedar, and spice. On the palate, it is elegant and round, with a fine, lingering finish. This well-structured and full-bodied wine pairs well with grilled meats, veal stew, poultry, and various cheeses.
